What do I do if I've forgotten my password?
On the login page, click the link
I forgot my password
located below the "Contact" button. On the Password Recovery page, enter the username or account email address in the username field, and then click the Verify Username button. Once username is found, click the Send password button. You will then receive an email with a temporary password.
What do I do if I've forgotten my username?
You will need to contact IT Tech Support to retrieve or reset your username.
How do I change my password after I've logged in to the First Responders Page?
On the virtual video wall, click the "Change Password" button located on the header at the top of the page. You will then be taken to a page where you can enter in a new password. Additionally, you will receive an email confirming your new password.
What should I do if I don't receive an email after updating my password?
If you didn't receive a confirmation email after updating your password, please contact IT Tech Support. It's possible a different email is associated with your account.
How do I update my email address?
If you need to update your email address, please contact IT Tech Support.
What should I do if I can't access my account?
There are four possible reasons why a user may not be able to access their account.
Your password may be incorrect. If you have forgotten your password, click the

link on the login page located below the "Contact" button. On the Password Recovery page, enter the username or account email address in the username field, and then click the Verify Username button. The username you are using to log in to the First Responders Page may be incorrect. Please contact IT Tech Support.
You have reached the maximum number of logins allowable. Only three simultaneous logins on multiple browsers/machines are allowable per user. Log out to gain additional access.
Your login information may have been removed from our database. Please contact IT Tech Support.

How can I access the User Manual?

How do I create a tour?
To create a new tour, click the "Create New Tour" button in the Tour Manager portal. View our

How can I make an individual video fill my browser window?
You can maximize the individual video by clicking the miniature screen button located at the bottom right of the video window. Press the ESC key to return to the original view.
How can I hide my header while on the virtual video wall?
The header on the virtual video wall will automatically disappear after 10 seconds have passed if there is no movement on the header. You can also click the "Hide Me" button located at the top left of the header to manually hide the header. To make the header reappear, hover your mouse over the tiny gray bar located at the top of the page.
Why is the virtual video wall not playing correctly?
If you are using Internet Explorer 11, check to ensure compatibility mode is turned off.
Verify that the Adobe Flash plugin is installed and enabled.
Verify that your browser is up to date. Supported browsers include Internet Explorer 11, Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
Try reducing your tour size if system resources are over utilized, i.e., high CPU or memory utilization.
Try clearing your browser's cache and refreshing the webpage.
